HOUSE RULES

®      Accommodation is available from 2 p.m. on the day of the arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of the departure.

®         Before entering the apartment all guests have to submit their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registering their residence. The residence tax is charged according to the existing price list.

®      During the stay in our units, no inappropriate behaviour of the guest is allowed, including shouting, noise, loud singing and music, quarrelling, fighting ... etc. We expect from all our guests to behave aapropriately and with discretion while staying in the building and out of the building so that they don't disturb other guests on vacation.

®      From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. is the period of the night rest. Guests are invited to respect SILENCE and PEACE. We invite guests to have fun at the place that is intended for that (beach Zrće), not in the apartments and the facility.

®      When staying in the apartment, the guest is required to check if the inventory complies with the inventory list. If the inventory is not complete, deficiencies should be immediately reported to the host. We will not acknowledge the subsequent complaints. If there is a damage caused by irresponsible and improper handling of the guests, they will have to reimburse the same.

®      The guest is required to close all windows and doors when using the air conditioning. If the guest does not want to use the air conditioner, it is necessary to turn it off.

®      During the stay, the guest can use the outdoor swimming pool while adhering to the pool rules. The owner of the facility disclaims any liability for any accident caused by improper use of the pool.

®      Every guest has the right to use the pool, the bar and restaurant service. In the area of the pool, bar and the restaurant it is not allowed to bring your food and drinks, room accessories and similar.

®      During the stay, each guest is required to place garbage in the garbage bin placed in front of the facility (end of parking) and on the main road. Our guests are kindly requested to separate glass bottles, plastic bottles and cans in separated bags designed for this waste.

®      During each shift of new guests we clean and edit the apartment. The host provides guests with clean bed linen and towels. The guest can ask the host for clean bed linen and towels if there is a valid reason or every 7 days.

®      Apartment towels are not intended for the use outside the apartment, ie for beach and pool. If there are irremovable stains on the towel, it will be charged as if it is missing and the guest has the right to take that towel home.

®      During the stay, the guest is obliged to maintain his apartment. When the guest leaves the apartment, he leaves it neat (with a clean dish, no junk in the apartment, no sticky floor ... etc). Otherwise, final cleaning of the apartment is charged according to the price list.

®      The guest is obliged to operate the devices according to the rules, with all objects and inventory handled carefully. Every guest is obliged to inform the host about any fracture and damage caused by improper handling and settle the damage caused by improper handling.

®      It is strictly forbidden to bring people who are not users of rented apartment. The host reserves the right to check the same.

®      Animals are not allowed to enter the accommodation units.

®      It's not allowed to smoke cigarettes, electric cigarettes, nargillas and similar in the accommodation units. The guest will do this on the terrace and they will not throw the cigarette butts on the floor, they will put them in the ashtray and later in the trash.

®      Please, park the car within the line to the end of the parking lot, and to park the longer car on the left side of the parking lot and a shorter car to the right side of the parking lot.

®      The host reserves the right to enter the apartment only in case of irregularity, damage or malfunction.

®      Guests are required to take care of their belongings and valuable items. The owner of the facility is not responsible for their eventual loss.

®      For any further information we remain at your disposal.

BY ENTERING THE APARTMENT THE GUEST ACCEPTS THE HOUSE RULES AND AGREES TO OBLIGATIONS AND CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED BY IT, OTHERWISE, THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE OBJECT.
